Mission Statement

• To conduct our services, sales or letting of real estate in the Maltese Islands, in a fair and ethical manner.
• To maintain appropriate conduct during all property transactions, so that there will be no misunderstandings between our staff and the client.
• To make, in good faith, an effort to compile and register with our Agency all property currently offered for sale or to rent, whether  residential or commercial.
• To obtain a fair market price and negotiate all sales or leasing agreements ethically and with all fairness, and to conclude the sale or lease in a mutually acceptable manner between owners and lessees/purchasers.
• To behave appropriately,  in a respectful and acceptable manner on behalf of the property owners we represent  while involved in the promotion or advertising of properties.
• To make every effort to promote the properties for sale or lease to the lesee or buyer in a fair manner, as well as arrange for all the necessary documents so that both parties may be assured of a smooth and simple transaction.
• To ensure that all our staff, including administrative, secretarial, or sales, are adequately trained and assisted when necessary so that our clients receive only the best and most reliable service.
• To make sure that the Agency maintains the very best relations with all the legal professions and banking institutions that handle issues of real estate in Malta and Gozo, so that any sales and leasing transactions provided by our office is accomplished effectively and with total trust.
